Features:

Economical way to prevent algae.
Excellent for above ground pools.
Quaternary Ammonium Compound or "Quat".
Follow instructions and dosing carefully, if quat's are overdosed, foaming will be a likely result.

Initial Treatment:

Add 1 gallon to 50,000 gallons of pool water.

Maintenance:

Add 1 oz. per 1,500 gallons every 3-5 days. If high temperatures occur over a prolonged period of time or if the pool has unusually heacy use, increase frequency of dose. If visible algae growth occurs add the initial dosage and vacuum the pool 24 hours later to remove algae debris. If new water is added to the pool at a rate of over 10% volume per week add a dose of 1 quart of this product for each 10,000 gallons of fresh water. At pool closing add 1 gallon per 50,000 gallons of water to help prevent algae growth over the winter.
