These grids have a 100% Polypropylene cloth. Polypropylene is mildew and rot resistant and has excellent resistance to acids and alkalis. This material has been in use in the Pool and Spa industry for over 50 years. During this time the Polypropylene material has gone through several modifications. Improvements such as yarn construction, weave pattern, and fabric finishing allow for better control of the fabric's "permeability" in order to optimize the D.E cake characteristics.

These grids can be used with the following filters:

-> Pentair/Purex SMBW2000 Series
-> Pentair/Purex SMBW4000 Series
-> Premier Series filters

Grids for the SMBW2000 and SMBW4000 Series are manufactured by Super-Pro
Grids for the Premier Series are manufactured by Unicel
